PURPOSE This Procedure is prepared for controlling and monitoring Inspection and Test activities of HVAC Refrigeration Pipes for RAPID Package 11 Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol(EO/EG) PROJECT in ensuring compliance with the project specification and requirements.

2. SCOPE This ITP is applicable to inspection / test activities for HVAC Equipment Installation, which executed by Sub-contractor.

3. REFERENCE  RAPID-FE1-TPX-HVA-DES-0001-0003: Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (HVAC) Design Philosophy  RAPIDFE1 TPX HVA SPN 0001 0001: HVAC Job Specification For Supply  RAPID-P011-SCS-HVA-DWG-3220-00XX: HVAC General Drawings  VENDOR SHOP DRAWINGS

4. DEFINITION OF INSPECTION POINT 4.1 Hold Point (H)

It is an Inspection/test activity on the ITP that requires the presence of the inspecting organizationand/or representative, OWNER. It shall not proceed beyond this point until it has been cleared or waived in writing by Contractor or OWNER. 4.2 Witness Point (W)

This Indicates an inspection/test activity within the ITP that requires the presence of OWNER. It may proceed beyond this point if OWNER has not attended, provided prior and ample notice of the activity has been given to the OWNER.One (1) hour waiting from when the notice is given to Owner is deemed approval to proceed next activities. 4.3 Spot Witness Point(SW)

Spot Witness indicates an Inspection/test activity for ongoing construction processes which will be witnessed on a spot check basis. 4.4 Approval Point (A)

This Indicates a document approval. The CONTRACTOR is allowed to continue work related to the document only after approval of the document by Contractor or OWNER.
