MEMORIA DE CÁLCULO DE ESTRUCTURAS 1. GENERALIDADES 1.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SISTEMA ESTRUCTURAL EMPLEADO El proyecto cosiste en el diseño estructural de una rampa y escalera de un nivel a base de zapatas y columnas de concreto reforzado, con losa maciza en voladizo con refuerzo bidireccional. El sistema aporticado se considerado en un bloque. Debido a su disposición en planta, forma en “U”, la cual suponía una condición de irregularidad estructural que ha sido considerada en el diseño. La losa maciza cuenta con un volado de 1.00 m motivo por el cual se han peraltado las columnas en dicho sentido; el requerimiento por pre dimensionamiento suponía dimensiones estructurales de vigas peraltadas que han sido hechas en forma de consola que reduce su dimensión, debido a la elevada rigidez de unos elementos frente a los otros (vigas vs columnas), lo cual preveía formación de rotulas plásticas en las columnas, por ello intencionalmente se elevaron las dimensiones de los elementos estructurales para el adecuado desarrollo de resistencia y ductilidad global.

1.2. MÉTODO DE DISEÑO y REGLAMENTOS DE DISEÑO El método de diseño de elementos de concreto armado es por el estado límite de resistencia última. • Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones RNE-2009 Norma Técnica de Edificación de Cargas E.020 Norma Técnica de Diseño Sismorresistente E.030 Norma Técnica de Edificación de Concreto Armado E.060 • Especificaciones del ACI 318-05/IBC2003

1.3. SOFTWARE DE MODELACIÓN El Software empleado para el modelamiento de los pórticos es SAP 2000 V14. El modelo idealiza el comportamiento de los elementos de la siguiente manera: Columnas y vigas: mediante elementos de Pórtico DIAFRAGMA, Capaces de resistir los esfuerzos de flexión, cortante y axial.

(Según Estudio de Suelos)

2.2. PREDIMENSIONAMIENTO DE ELEMENTOS ESTRUCTURALES Pre-dimensionamiento de Vigas Las vigas se dimensionan generalmente considerando un peralte del orden de1/10 a 1/12 de la luz. El ancho es menos importante que el peralte, pudiendo variar entre 0.3 a 0.5de la altura. La Norma Técnica Peruana para Edificación de concreto armadoE.060 indica que las vigas deben tener un ancho mínimo de 25 cm, para el caso que éstas formen parte de pórticos o elementos sismo-resistentes de estructuras de concreto armado. Esta limitación no impide tener vigas de menor espesor (15 o 20 cm) si se trata de vigas que no forman pórticos. PRE-DIMENSIONAMIENTO DE COLUMNAS Las columnas al ser sometidas a carga axial y momento flector, fueron dimensionadas considerando los dos efectos simultáneamente, tratando de evaluar cuál de los dos es el que gobierna en forma más influyente el dimensionamiento.

Considerándose adicionalmente el tipo de falla probable de la edificación con la formulación:

Hn/D≥4 Siendo Hn: luz libre entre niveles de la edificación, y D: peralte de la columna. Verificándose dicho cumplimiento para todas las columnas de la edificación. PRE-DIMENSIONAMIENTO DE LOSAS: El peralte de las losas se ha dimensionado considerando los siguientes criterios: H=0.20 m luz hasta 5.5 m 2.3. CARGAS DE DISEÑO Para la determinación de las cargas de diseño se han determinado en primera instancia las dimensiones de los elementos estructurales, a nivel de predimensionamiento, considerándose para ellas las cargas a continuación. 2.3.1. CARGAS ESTÁTICAS El análisis de los elementos estructurales se ha realizado con las siguientes cargas de diseño: CARGAS PERMANENTES. Para las losas de 20 cm de espesor, se ha asumido un peso propio de 300 kg/m2. Adicionalmente a las cargas antes indicadas, se ha incluido entre las cargas permanentes el peso de acabados de piso, barandas y otros, estimado en 100 kg/m2. CARGAS VIVAS. Para zonas de circulación, pasadizos y escaleras se ha tomado una carga viva de 400 kg/cm2 Para la escalera se ha asumido carga viva de 400 kg/m2. 2.3.2. SOLICITACIONES DINÁMICAS Las solicitaciones dinámicas están determinadas por el espectro de pseudo-aceleraciones considerando los parámetros de sitio de la edificación, el sistema estructural empleado y la categoría de importancia de la edificación. ESPECTRO DE PSEUDO-ACELERACIONES FACTOR DE ZONA "Z" zona 2, Z=0.30 SISTEMA ESTRUCTURAL "R", Regular, R=7.50 CATEGORÍA DE EDIFICACIÓN "U", Edificación Importante, U=1.00 PARÁMETROS DEL SUELO "S", Suelos intermedios, Tp=0.60 s, S=1.20 S a 2.3.3. COMBINACIONES DE CARGA. La resistencia requerida (U) para cargas muertas (CM), vivas (CV) y de sismo (CS) deberá ser como mínimo:

U = 1,4 CM + 1,7 CV U = 1,25 (CM + CV) ± CS U = 0,9 CM ± CS 3. CALCULO DE LAS SOLICITUDES La resistencia de diseño se ha tomado como la resistencia nominal (resistencia proporcionada considerando el acero realmente colocado) multiplicada por un factor Ø de reducción de resistencia. Este factor de reducción de resistencia se proporciona para tomar en cuenta inexactitudes en los cálculos y fluctuaciones en las resistencias del material, en la mano de obra y en las dimensiones. Cada uno de estos factores puede estar dentro de los límites tolerables, pero combinados pueden producir menor capacidad en los elementos diseñados. Adicionalmente se ha considerado en su determinación la importancia relativa de la falla de los miembros respecto

a toda la estructura, y el grado de advertencia del modo de falla. El factor de reducción de resistencia Ø deberá ser: Para flexión sin carga axial Ø = 0.90. Para flexión con carga axial de tracción Ø = 0.90. Para flexión con carga axial de compresión y para compresión sin flexión: Elementos con refuerzo en espiral Ø = 0.75 Otros elementos Ø = 0.70 Para cortante sin o contorsión Ø = 0.85. Para aplastamiento en el Concreto Ø = 0.70 Los elementos sometidos a flexión son las vigas, las losas aligeradas y llenas con coberturas y pisos (losas macizas, nervadas y/o aligerados en una o dos direcciones), las escaleras y en general todos aquellos que están sometidos a cargas perpendiculares a su plano, las cuales ocasionan esfuerzos de flexión y cortante. Para asegurar que el acero colocado provea un momento resistente mayor al momento de agrietamiento, los códigos consideran una cuantía mínima. Para el caso de secciones rectangulares, se indica que el área mínima de refuerzo podrá calcularse con. DISEÑO DE ELEMENTOS ESTRUCTURALES En el programa SAP 2000 V14, al correr el análisis de la estructura se han cumplido las desplazamientos laterales que son menores que el desplazamiento permitido (0.007) de acuerdo con la
