Add ingredients to shaker, minus rosé.

Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.

Shake and strain into champagne glass.

Shake and strain into lowball glass.

Top with rosé & garnish with strawberry.

Add rosé to champagne flute [quarter full]

Strain shaker into champagne flute.

Top off with mineral water.
