ACS 800 g9 hakovanje i prekostruja mali transport Hakovanje i zamena ventilatora : SOLUTION Repair ACS800 never engaged. When repairing the other drives, you need to enter the service parameters that are hidden and change them according to the drive model, which can be viewed on your drive. The sample may work, if I can write. Entrance to the service parameters of the inverter ABB ACS 800 With in DriveWindow Light 2 or remote CDR312R Parameter 16.03 password to enter the service parameters Password - 358 Unlock Password - 564 available options 112 190 Group Password - 5600 Group 97 settings available Password - 2303 all available options except 112 and 190 groups -----------------------------------Okay so I made this account JUST to reply and solve this problem for everyone... To reset the fan counter do as follows Go to parameter 16-03 -enter 2303 as passcode -press enter -"..." Should appear for a brief moment Go to parameter 145 (yes 145 now exists, before it only went to 99) -go to sub-parameter 13 Titled "FAN ON-TIME" -Press enter -now you must hold the down arrow until you have brought the hours down to zero. This will take some time as it only decreases in increments of 10, my counter is at 50 000+ -once back to zero press enter. Problem solved, drive should run immediately if being called on to start Go to parameter 16-03 again -Press enter -enter 358 as passcode -press enter ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Software Change For VFD Drives FOR ACS800 1.Restore the original factory settings: Set the parameter 99.03 APPLIC RESTORE to YES 2. Make inverter data group (group 112) accessible Enter the code 564 at 16.03 PASS CODE) 3. Choose kVA value and voltage class of the inverter For Standard Application software versions up to ASXR7260: - Set the correct value at 112.6 INVERTER RECONFIG (for Standard Application software versions up to ASXR7260) For Standard Application software versions from ASXR7270 onwards: - Set parameter 112.19 to "srdemo" for ACS800 Demo unit - Set the correct value at 112.20 for 220V units - Set the correct value at 112.21 for 400V units - Set the correct value at 112.22 for 500V units - Set the correct value at 112.23 for 690V units 4. Switch power off and then on ACS550 1.Put in Local Mode 2.Select10.1 and press lower, upper & exit 3.Par 105.09 change rating 4.par 105.02 make it 1 5.105.11 make it 4012 6.Check the rating in 33.04 START INHIBIT TO PREVENT THE DRIVE ACS 550 FROM RE-STARTING WHEN EM STOP PUSH BUTTON IS RELE

-OVERCURRENT (2310) 3.05 FW 1 bit 1 -Output current exceeds trip limit. Check motor load. Check acceleration time. Check motor and motor cable (including phasing). Check that there are no power factor correction capacitors or surge absorbers in motor cable. Check encoder cable (including phasing). - If the drive tripped during flying start, check that Parameter 21.01 START FUNCTION is set to AUTO. (Other modes do not support flying start). Check motor load. Check motor and motor cable (including phasing). Check pulse encoder and pulse encoder cable. Check that there are no power factor correction capacitors or surge absorbers in the motor cable Check acceleration time. Check the nominal motor values from Group 99 to confirm that the motor model is correct.

-The Overcurrent trip limit is 3.5 * Ihd (nominal motor current for heavy duty use). There are several sources of the overcurrent trip:  Software trip (time level 100  s, level = 97 % of measurement scale)  Hardware level trip (97 % of measurement scale for 35 s)  Hardware derivative trip (12.5 % of measurement scale for 75 s)  Hardware level trip in parallel connected units by PBU logic (94 % of measurement scale for 75 s) A fault “OVERCURRENT” is given and FW_1 (09.01) bit 1 is set to 1. The current measurement is calibrated automatically during the start procedure.

-Excessive input current. There are two overcurrent trip limits: - 0.98 ·converter maximum current (parameter 04.08) - approximately 190% of converter nominal current (parameter 04.05). Check motor load. Check supply voltage. Check that there are no power factor compensation capacitors in supply. Check converter power semiconductors (IGBTs) and current transducers.

-OVERCURRENT Par. 9.01 bit 1 Par. 9.11 bit 1 Input current is excessive. The overcurrent trip limit is 0.98 · (Par. 4.08 CONV MAX CURRENT). The trip limit is approximately 190% of the converter nominal current I1N (Par. 4.05 CONV NOM CURRENT). Check motor load. Check supply voltage. Check that there is no power factor compensation capacitors in the supply. Check ISU power semiconductors and current transducers. -➁The minimum ground cable recommendation assumes that the overcurrent protection for each drive is selected to provide protection at 125% of the rated drive input current. If the overcurrent protection (e.g. circuit breaker) is sized larger than this, then larger ground cables will need to be determined Manuall
