CONTENT MANAGER

We are looking for a strong Content Manager.

IMMEDIATE DELIVERABLES 1. Go through our website and optimize all writing, where needed for SEO (we will provide keywords to you) – The goal here is to make sure the site truly communicates who we are and what we do on each page. We need to review site content to make sure our message is communicated effectively. 2. Manage Our Content Calendar

Your Role: The role of this person is to research the trending and applicable content that is going on within our target market. You will then, follow these steps 1. Research and suggest topics that we will use for our content 2. Create a “Killer Attention Grabbing Title” 3. Create a simple outline for our writers to follow and make sure the topics you’ve chosen are thoroughly covered (template provided for you) 4. Document where you received the content suggestions 5. Submit Topics For approval 6. Manage Writing process in its entirety (this includes either writing the article yourself or outsourcing it to another writer) You will ultimately become our “ears on the street”. Your job is to aggressively research and find out what our members’ pain points are and help us find ways to give them what they need and develop trust between our content and the members.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSIGHT OF THE CONTENT’S VOICE ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY. Your main responsibility will be creating topics, discussions, outlines and ideas. We are looking for someone who is innovative and loves bringing new ideas to the table. You will be responsible for improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and working with the marketing team.

MUST BE FLUENT IN WRITTEN ENGLISH! We are looking for a STRONG content manager to work alongside our existing content managers and launch team. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND OUR TARGET AUDIENCE. ONLY COMMITTED APPLICANTS NEED APPLY

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive Member experience. If there’s an area that you’re stronger in in the categories below, please feel free to note that. ■ Our main Module is BUSINESS. Our overall focus is to help each woman become an Entrepreneur (part-time or full-time) so they can define their life on their own terms. ■ BEAUTY- This Module is all about current women’s beauty tips. It includes fashion, skincare, etc. ■ BODY- This module is about health and wellness. ■ BRILLIANCE- This module is all about finding your inner “light”. Here, we introduce meditation, visualizations, and each week we challenge our members and the world to go within and answer our Soulful Sunday question of the week. This is the space where we break down barriers. ■ BLISS– This module is all about Sex and Healthy Relationships

RESPONSIBILITIES • DEVELOP CONTENT THAT ALIGNS WITH SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM MARKETING TARGETS • MAINTAIN CONTENT CALENDAR (6 WEEKS TO 3 MONTHS OUT) • COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING AND DESIGN TEAM MEMBERS TO PLAN AND DEVELOP CONTENT STYLE AND LAYOUT • CREATE AND PUBLISH ENGAGING CONTENT • EDIT, PROOFREAD AND IMPROVE OTHER WRITERS’ POSTS • LIAISE WITH CONTENT WRITERS TO ENSURE BRAND CONSISTENCY • OPTIMIZE CONTENT ACCORDING TO SEO • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LAW (E.G. COPYRIGHT AND DATA PROTECTION) • STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH DEVELOPMENTS AND GENERATE NEW IDEAS TO DRAW AUDIENCE’S ATTENTION REQUIREMENTS • PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MANAGER • WORKS WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT • HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH MS OFFICE AND WORDPRESS • KNOWLEDGE OF SEO AND WEB TRAFFIC METRICS • FAMILIARITY WITH SOCIAL MEDIA • EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS IN ENGLISH • ATTENTION TO DETAIL • GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS
