conformity wiih the Merit Selection of the Deportment of Educotion ond pursuonl to the existing guidelines under the roiionolized progrom, there is o need to come up with hormonized internol guidelines, to ossisl the Personnel Selection Boord in screening of the oppliconls, ond opproisol of the requiremenis comporotive to the Deportment of Educotion policy guidelines on the selection ond promotion of teoching, teoching-reloted, ond school heods; WHEREAS, in

these internol guidelines do not intend to omend, modify or chonge the guidelines issued by the Deporlment, insteod, these ore odopted in occordonce with said guidelines to ensure quoliiy ond efficiency in the ossessment octivities; WHEREAS,

The oppointing outhority may, likewise, set the cut-off score. However, if no opplicont quolified on the cul-off score set by the oppointing outhority, position sholl not be filled in.
