ABSENT: RESOLUTION NO. 03 Series of 2019 "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEN PERCENT (10%) SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUND OF BARANGAY TABION, DEL GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR PESOS (PHP 153,684.00) FOR THE YEAR 2019". WHEREAS, ten percent (10%) of the general fund of the barangay shall be set aside for the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK). The sangguniang barangay shall appropriate the SK fund in lump sum which shall be disbursed solely for the youth development and empowerment purposes. Such fund shall be disbursed in accordance with the provisions of RA 10742 and its IRR, RA 7160, RA 9184 and such other pertinent rules and regulations; and WHEREAS, the allocation in the SK annual budget are necessary for the implementation of the priority programs, projects and activities included in the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) of this barangay pursuant to the provisions of RA 10742 otherwise known as the " SK Reform Act of 2015" to wit;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve as it is hereby APPROVED the ten percent (10%) Sangguniang Kabataan Fund of Barangay Tabion, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur in the amount of one hundred fifty three thousand six hundred eighty four pesos (Php 153,684.00) for the Year 2019.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, Sangguniang Barangay, Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan, DILG, LYDO, and Budget Office for review and other concerned offices, groups and individuals for their formulation and guidance.
