3.0BASIS OF DESIGN:

The Oil In Water (OIW) outlet de-gassing vessel could not bring down lower than 40 ppm before over board. Based on chemical trial report for produced water treatment system, 2 nos. of chemical injection should be provided for produced water system as below:

Figure 1: Chemical injection for Produced water system The chemical RBW517 and RBW 82379 will be injected to inlet of 2nd stage separator and outlet of 2nd stage separator with calculated concentration and flow rate by vendor. The trial of additional chemical shown that the result of OIW have been improved and met the specification requirement before over board. Based on designation capacity of produced water treatment is 36 m3/hr (5500 bbld), injection rate of RW 517 and RW 82379 is 5 to 10 ppm. The calculation normal working capacity of injection pump for RW 517 is 72 L/Hr and RW 82379 is 18 L/Hr.

Contractor is requested to perform a full detailed design for chemical injection skid(s), to perform brownfield topsides modification engineering for addition of chemical injection package to existing produced water system which is to consist of 2x100% injection pumps skids for each of two chemicals – RBW 517 and RBW 82379 respectively to be located on Cellar Deck and Tote Tanks to be located on Mezzanine Deck with the objective of bringing the OIW to lower than 40ppm. The CI package will be a vendor bought-out item (optional) or fabricated item. Contractor is requested to offer a lump sum prices to cover all the permanent materials to build a new chemical injection skid and necessary materials to upgrade the platform to accommodate the new scopes. Materials to upgrade offshore: Contractor is requested to offer a lump sum price to cover all the permanent materials to upgrade offshore facilities to accommodate the new scopes. The materials will be handed over to the fabrication site in Vung tau (fabrication site location will be developed) iii. ONSHORE CONSTRUCTION THE CHEMICAL INJECTION SKID: Under contractor scope of works Contractor is requested to provide necessary engineering as noted in section 4.1 (engineering scope), to provide necessary consumables and permanent materials for new chemical injection skids and the necessary materials to upgrade the platform to accommodate the new scopes. Contractor is requested to provide necessary manpower for fabrication, testing, precommissioning/commissioning, documentations, and load out & sea fastening onto BDPOC dedicated transportation barge/supply boat. Contractor will be responsible for transportation of the skids from contractor yard to the port for load out Contractor is requested to engage 3 rd Party to involve on engineering, construction, testing, commissioning to make sure the chemical injection skids to be certified after completion. iv. PRE-FABRICATION FOR OFFSHORE UPGRADES/INSTALLATION: Contractor is requested to provide necessary consumables, construction equipment and manpower for site survey, to pre-fabricate the necessary structures (including miscellaneous structural items, piping and E&I). All the pre-fabricated items shall be painted before loading out into BDPOC transportation barge/supply boat for offshore installation. Contractor is requested to onshore prepare, pack up and load out all the pre-fabricated items into BDPOC dedicated transportation barge/supply boat for offshore transportation. v. OFFSHORE INSTALLATION/HOOK UP/TIE-IN: Contractor is requested to provide all the necessary consumables, construction and installation equipment, to provide necessary manpower for onshore preparation, offshore preparation, hook up/tie-in and commissioning the new skids.
