Q. Does ETAP allow curve shift for transformer in STAR view. A. The ANSI curve shift is applied as a multiplier to the current (horizontal axis) components of the entire transformer damage curve. The curve shift is dependent upon the connection specified in the Grounding page of the Transformer Editor. The table below describes this relationship:

However, if you still want to shift the curve, you can either shift the protective device curves or the transformer curve through Plot Options by the following steps: 1. Right click on the curve you wish to shift.

2. Select Plot Options. The Plot Option dialog will open. 3. Under Preferences, enter the shift factor.
